1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77gl ("77gl," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 77gl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 77gl.app and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 77gl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 77gl strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 77gl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 77gl or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 77gl Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the 77gl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77gl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 77gl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: 77gl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77gl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 77gl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 77gl reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method and any pending KYC requirements. 77gl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 77gl account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 77gl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77gl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and fishing games may have different contribution rates.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse & Exploitation: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 77gl's Discretion: 77gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. 77gl's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77gl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on the 77gl Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology sourced from verified game providers. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to software manipulation by 77gl.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity issue, 77gl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the player's account. 77gl is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 77gl's support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77gl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77gl staff or other players.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

77gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

77gl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will take immediate action upon discovering that a minor has accessed the Platform, including account closure and notification to the relevant authorities where required.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77gl Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 77gl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77gl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77gl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

77gl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77gl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

77gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77gl implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 77gl cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

12 Termination

77gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 77gl's support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

77gl operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.
